Our HVAC Installers are responsible for installing new heating and air conditioning systems (as well as related accessories) while providing paramount customer service. Job Duties / Responsibilities

Design, build, and install ducts and duct fittings
Install new HVAC systems in compliance with company guidelines and manufacturer specifications
Ensure that our customers' homes and/or business are thoroughly protected during the install process
Perform HVAC Installations in a timely fashion without sacrificing care and quality
Supervise installation team to ensure services are performed correctly
Advise and educate customers about Bennett's HVAC product and service options every step of the way
Be assertive and confident in presenting, promoting, and selling Bennett's products and services
Follow company protocol for inventory control and vehicle maintenance
